Nothing beats the views from Cliffs at Glassy even on a cloudy day and to pair with a reception at The Westin Poinsett, it was truly the perfect day for Heather and Scott.
Their Story:
Heather and Scott met at the Crescent City Classic 10K run/walk in New Orleans, LA March of 2016. For the proposal, they attended a Emeril Lagasse’s Charity event: Boudin, Bourbon, and Beer Festival, in New Orleans, LA. (the same location where they met!) When Scott went to propose and was getting on one knee, Heather thought he was tripping and tried to catch him. Scott’s brother, Kevin, was down with his girlfriend and he too, thought Scott was tripping until he saw the ring!! Kevin then quickly got his phone out and was able to capture the moment.
