Mitchell Road Presbyterian is the home church to Katelyna and Adam chose it for not only its beauty but its close connection to them.
Stephen and I started the day with capturing all of the details of Katelyn's dress and the special details of the day.
The Dress Details:
I am wearing a classic lace dress that I absolutely love. The veil is gorgeous, too. Purchased with my mom and sister. Wearing blue suede ballet flats (shout-out to Memphis/Elvis with my blue suede shoes).
Stephen's first chance to meet Adam was right before the first look. Those two hit it off right away! but, before we continue, its important to know…
How They Met:
The librarian at Katelyn's school is married to a co-worker of Adam. They set us up, we went on a FANTASTIC blind date, and the rest is history!
The Proposal:
Adam proposed to me in Charleston, a city that has held a lot of significance in their years of dating.
The big moment arrived, and we loved the look on Adam's face when he saw Katelyn for the first time during the first look. We had done a first look with Katelyn and her dad moments before so needless to say, there was not a dry eye in the place!
Our night continued with The Party Machine introducing the new Mr & Mrs, and the celebration continued. The Party Machine from the first dance to the last dance kept everyone entertained. The dance floor was packed and thats the way we love it
The special treat of the night was King of Pops, who stopped in to get the hot dancers a well needed cool down. (I may we say that the Cookie and Cream popsicle…to die for!)
Our night came to a close with them leaving with a Sparkler Exit! What an amazing day it was for them and us. And the Wedding Party, goes down as one of the top most well behaved group….I mean I totally want to rent them out!
