Lauren and Campbell had an amazing day at The Venue at Edgewood. We had so much fun celebrating with them!
Their Story:
Camp and I were at a halloween party when our mutual friend Grace introduced us. She proceed to tell Camp to take me on a date. After a little back and forth on the subject Camp said “kiss me if you real” and I did. (Because I am very real, lol) After our first date we rarely spent any time apart and that has led up to this day.
The Proposal:
Camp and I were home one evening and he had asked me again what kind of rings I liked. He had done this throughout our relationship so I didn’t think anything of it. Camp then proceeded to say he had gotten me something for my birthday and he was worried I wouldn’t like it. (the proposal was around the time of my birthday) I said that he knows me very well and I’m sure he got it right. The night he proposed he said he “had to tell me something” and got very quiet . I assumed it was a not so very good subject and started to get worried. As I told him I’m sure we could work it out, Camp proceeds to get up and head to his truck. When he came back inside he had something behind his back. I started to tear up thinking “wth is going on.” Campbell then gets the dogs all lined up and sits them down as he goes down to one knee. He opens the ring upside down (no it didn’t fall out lol) and I said yes to forever!
