Stephen and I have worked with Madison’s family for several weddings and we were so excited to be able to capture Madison and Craig’s special day at Windy Hill Wedding and Event Barn. It was a beautiful fall day and we had such a blast with everyone involved in this day!
How They Met:
Madison and Craig met at her cousin, Savannah Hightower’s wedding 5 years ago. Madison was a bridesmaid and he was a groomsman. Craig walked her sister and Madison back up the aisle after the ceremony. They had their first dance at Madison’s cousins wedding reception and have been together ever since.
Proposal Story:
After church on Sunday, November 11th, 2018 Madison’s family suggested they drive up the mountain to look at the leaves changing colors. They all got in the car and drove up to Jumping Off Rock. Once they got there, Madison’s sister and her boyfriend were taking pictures and her sister’s boyfriend (Brian) starting flying his drone. She turned around to wave at it and when she did, Craig called her name. Madison turned around and he was down on one knee with the box in his hand. She was so happy and excited. Madison’s whole family was there to enjoy the sweet moment with them.
